The real purpose for you is to play over it in order to improve your soloing skills. The title of each practice track is meant to give you an idea of what type of chord progression it is.
There are 2 files, one is the MP3 audio and the other one is the PDF file with the chords used in the progression and the layout of the progression. Feel free to download and practice your soloing skills as you play over it.
